Greetings,
I am interested in writing a stored procedure
(PL/Perl) in determining whether a particular row is
currently locked (using SELECT ..FOR UPDATE) by
another transaction. Any suggestions where can I
start? I'm going to use this primarily to avoid
blocking using selecting for update. Thanks.
