I disagree with the wording here.. pg does not 'support' these chips, the
kernel of the operating system does.
if we use the term 'support', imho the press might get the wrong idea.
pg has probably been *tested* on those platforms, or it is coded in such a
way that it will work just fine on 64 bit platforms.
