Unless we have a serious bug here, Victor changed the definition of his index,
or of his table, between versions. Or mabye type casting during upgade
changed it?

Please post the definition of "loads" and " load_rcn_id_idx" in each system,
Victor. Intentionally or not, you changed it between systems.
