question about compile environment

Please, would some tell me that under what version of jdk can I compile the pg73jdbc2ee.jar and pg73jdbc2.jar?
I know that pg73jdbc1 is under jdk1.1.8, and pg73jdbc3 is under j2se1.4.1. But what about pg73jdbc2ee and pg73jdbc2 ? They are under j2se1.2.x or j2se1.3.x? and the version of j2ee?
