Re: [GENERAL] psql: \pset pager 'always'?

OK, I have applied the following patch for 7.4. I made the following
changes:

o Pager code is now centralized in PageOutput
o You used 'small' when you meant 'short' in a few places
o Added documentation
o Fixed bug where '\pset pager' crashed psql
