I use the php-4.0.4pl1 and php-pgsql RPMs from RedHat. I just
want to re-build the php-pgsql extension
(/usr/lib/php4/pgsql.so) for php-4.0.4pl1 rather than with
php-4.0.6. I do not want to re-compile PHP --with-pgsql.
