BTW, you may want to build and use 7.1RC1 instead.

This is a known problem. The solution is to upgrade the 1.1.8-2
cygwin1.dll with one from a recent Cygwin snapshot.

This is a known problem too. Upgrade to cygipc 1.09 *and* rebuild with it
to correct this minor problem.
