I have just released 9.1 RPMs for Fedora 16, along with other packages
like PostGIS, PgAdmin, GeOS, proj, pagila, and so. 

Please note that this is the first RPM release with native systemd
support. Even though I tried to copy the Tom's work from Fedora, because
of the layout difference between Fedora RPMs and PGDG RPMs, there may be
some issues -- so use carefully, please.
