What happened to FAQ_Linux, FAQ_Irix?

Just noticed that doc/FAQ_Linux and doc/FAQ_Irix have been
zero-length files in the CVS repository since the end of August.
They're also that way in the 6.4 distribution tarball.

There are still copies on the website (at the URLs mentioned in
doc/FAQ), but I dunno where those are stored physically or how
up-to-date they are.

BTW, the reason I noticed this is that I'm going to try to put together
a FAQ for HPUX installation of Postgres. Is it sufficient to check an
ASCII file into the doc directory, or is there other stuff I should do?
