The emails have to go to majordomo(at)postgresql(dot)org, not the list name...

Try this page, and set it to unsubscribe.

OR

send "unregister YourEmailAddressHere" to majordomo(at)postgresql(dot)org

Notice who you need to send it to, it's not the list name.
