Release 1.20 includes the following changes as pulled from the release
notes (http://www.rbt.ca/autodoc/releasenotes.html):
* Use View heading for views rather than calling them tables.

* Add an option to specify the template location during execution.

* Add an option to specify a specific output type, rather than
receiving all possible types. (Andrew)
* Display limited function information in HTML and DocBook output

* Output limited information about non-unique table indexes in
DocBook output. Unique indexes are already displayed as
constraint output. (Rod)
