6 Month Contract to Hire PostgreSQL Developer Opportunity-Scranton, PA

Good Morning,

One of our largest Financial clients is looking for a PostgreSQL Developer for a six month contract to hire opportunity in Scranton, PA. They are looking for an Intermediate(4-6 years of experience) developer who has worked with PostgreSQL in a data warehouse environment. Previous experience with SQL, ETL, and Greenplum is a plus but is not a requirement.

We are seeking someone with the following experience/expertise:

* Strong work experience with ETL development in a warehouse environment using PostgreSQL
* Strong work experience with scripting languages on UNIX/LINUX environments
* Strong experience in SQL development
* Work experience in Data Appliance technology preferably Greenplum
* Familiarity with Autosys or job scheduling technologies
