Does anyone know if there's a way to create a database alias? What I'm
after is an easy way to archive older versions of a database (data,
schema, functions, etc) as well as facilitate the dev->stage->production
cycle.

For example, I'd like to be able to name databases like

db-1.0
db-1.1
db-1.2

and have a `db' alias which points to the most recent, while still
allowing users to login directly to a version, e.g., to `db-1.1'.

Thanks,
Reece
