Hello,

Is there any reported bug with pg_dump in Postgres 9.1, on AIX ? The following command hangs for "ever" and has to be interrupted. It creates a zero-length file.

pg_dump -Fc alan1 > alan1.dmp

If I run the command in the verbose mode, I see that it stops at "saving database definition". See below:

ares> pg_dump -Fc alan1 -v > alan1.dmp
pg_dump: too many command-line arguments (first is "-v")
Try "pg_dump --help" for more information.
/u/postgres
ares> pg_dump -v -Fc alan1 > alan1.dmp
