Hello!

Topic: Performance and Benchmarking with Mark
Who: Mark Wong, OSDL
When: November 21, 2006
Where: FreeGeek, 1731 SE 10th Ave

Mark works for the Open Source Development Labs (www.osdl.org) and does
database systems performance testing using a fair-use implementation of
the TPC benchmarks. What are TPC benchmarks? Have a look:
http://www.tpc.org/

Mark is planning on talking about what he does on a day-to-day basis.
And, of course, fielding questions. He currently works primarily with
PostgreSQL, and occasionally with MySQL.

Beer at the Lucky Lab after!

There is a possibility that I will bring treats in the spirit of
Thanksgiving week.
