 If launches Query tool window and then enter in Graphical query Builder
 and select joins tab in lower section of GQB, after selecting the Add a
 New join, pgAdmin III crashed.


 Steps:

 1. Launch pgAdmin
 2. Connect to server
 3. Click on database edb
 4. Launch Query tool window.
 5. Click on GQB(Graphical query Builder)
 6. select joins tab
 7. trying to add Add a New join
 8. pgAdmin III crashed
