Okay, I got the tools set up, and checked my PO files
for errors, and unfortunately there were some (what else is new?).
2 errors were in pg_dump and one in postgres.
I send a patch to fix them. Please apply on top of the files
I sent earlier, I decided not to send the entire files again cuz
they're quite big.
Russian NLS as of now:
pg_dump: 374 translated messages, 54 untranslated messages.
pg_controldata: 33 translated messages.
libpq: 80 translated messages.
pg_resetxlog: 40 translated messages, 5 untranslated messages.
postgres: 368 translated messages, 2412 untranslated messages.
psql: 244 translated messages, 5 untranslated messages.
PS: I intentionally zip the patch in order to do not mess up
the encoding and end-of-lines.
