For information :
It's a cursor side problem !
By default MS-VB6 use "server side cursor" only alowing Open in "Static 
mode" with "Pessimistic Lock".
Setting "CursorLocation=adUseClient" use "client side cursor" alowing Open 
in "Dynamic mode" with "Optimistic Lock".
Hard work !...
