I would like to install PostgreSQL on Windows NT Workstation 4.00.1381 Service pack 3.
I have tried following the installation instructions under the "Microsoft NT" section of
http://www.postgresql.org/doxlist.html. However, I ran up against a brick wall when the
ReadMe file for the cygwin32 IPC package referred to files and directories that were not
in the downloaded tar file.
I would like to correspond with someone who has installed on NT and who can help
me understand what I am evidently not understanding.
Also, can I even install on NT Workstation (rather than NT Server)?

Thanks,
David Boerwinkle
