Can the current version of pgsql
run stably as on win98
1. as a standalone allowing local connect only
2. as a server allowing connect from other machines over LAN

we want to convert some of our products 
  www.planage.com/products and 
our smaller installations have pure win98 setups

Otherwise does pgsql run stably as a server on WinNT/2000 platforms
