Thomas: rpm -qa >thomas.rpm-list
Frank: rpm -qa >frank.rpm-list

Thomas, send thomas.rpm-list to Frank.

Frank, diff thomas.rpm-list frank.rpm-list and see what development libraries
etc Thomas has that you don't.
