Re: BUG #16382: pgdg-redhat-repo-42.0-9 has two sections with the same name - causing issues

In the latest source of pgdg I see the issue is resolved. However the name
of the repository still mentions 12 which should be changed to common
instead. Attached is the patch that resolves the issue.
