The following bug has been logged on the website:

Bug reference: 16141
Logged by: Marc Wirtgen
Email address: support(at)unit(dot)solutions
PostgreSQL version: 12.1
Operating system: Win10
Description:

When creating a new DB, I can only select "German_German.1252" with Encoding
UTF8 in Definition, even if I defined German-Switzerland by the installation
of PostgreSQL 12.1.
Why isn't it possible that the 12.1 - installer doesn't create the initial
postgres (master) database in "German_Switzerland .1252"? We need to work
with the collation "German_Switzerland .1252".

Thx and Best Regards,
Marc Wirtgen
