The following bug has been logged on the website:

Bug reference: 15918
Logged by: omel pagunsan
Email address: phugz_30(at)yahoo(dot)com
PostgreSQL version: 10.4
Operating system: windows 10
Description:

After signing in my postgreSQL there is a modal blank box, the last time i
did is backup a blank database. I believe this is the message that is
suggesting to remember the username and password, but it is totally blank no
close or cancel button. How can i Remove this?

i tried exiting and update my postgreSQL to 10.4 but still no effect.

Regards,
Bulwak
