Merhabalar,Dosyayi actiginiz metin editorunun utf8 uyumlu oldugundan emin misiniz? UTF8 metni iso-8859-1 (windows-1254) kodlamasi ile acmissiniz gibi gorunuyor.İyi calismalar.

UTF-8 yapıdaki veritabanında yer alan bir tablodan COPY komutu ile bir CSV dosyası üretmek istediğim zaman Türkçe karakterlerin doğru çıkarılamadığını görüyorum.
