Last year we made a donation to NPR and got our annual swag for it - lovely mug and bag. When I did our taxes though I had to enter a value for the swag. Actually NPR's receipt gave it to me. This years donation won't include us receiving swag, the stuff is nice, but I'd rather the whole tax benefit.

guess as far as making donations, the community just needs the
necessary instructions on how to make the donation.
