Subject: [PATCH v1] doc: Fix option name in pg_restore's --filter description

The description of the "index" filter keyword said that it works like
the -I/--indexes option, but pg_restore's long option is --index;
--indexes is rejected as an unrecognized option.

Oversight in commit a5cf808be55.
