Is the same error from Leandro Daniel Seghezzo, but the message is in my native language, but I don't knew the problem. Based on the Ashesh Vashi's anwer, I will translate to portugueese.

André, teve um usuário com o mesmo problema que você, e a mensagem de erro é a mesma, só que em espanhol. Segundo a resposta do Ashesh, o problema é causado pela falta da instalação do interpretador Visual C++.

Você fazendo o download dele através do link abaixo deve resolver o problema.
