Seems to work for me at the moment. Note that Vince appears to have
just corrected the path: you need a /pgsql/ in there. Does
http://developer.postgresql.org/cvsweb.cgi/pgsql/src/bin/psql/command.c?rev=1.58&content-type=text/x-cvsweb-markup
work for you?
