For PostgreSQL compiled from sources, it's statically linked:

postgres(at)ns02:/usr/local/pgsql/lib$ ldd plpgsql.so
                libc.so.6 => /lib/tls/libc.so.6 (0xb7ea5000)
        /lib/ld-linux.so.2 => /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x80000000)
