I see someone updated our Sourceforge web site with 8.4 today:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/pgsql/files/

This raises a few questions:

o Why was this not done more promptly?
o Why is Marc not listed as an admin?
o Why do I not have release permissions for our project?
o Why is 8.3.7 listed on the main project page, and not 8.4?
