These two lines in pgsql/src/tools/TODO2html should be adding "*"s which
is then interpreted as "<em>":

sed 's/^\(\* -\)\(.*\)$/\1*\2*/' |
sed 's/^\([ ][ ]*o -\)\(.*\)$/\1*\2*/' |

Is there some 'sed' incompatibility there?
