Quiet removal of doc/ contents.
Ignore all files in this directory. When a doc forrest build is made, the
chunked output will be copied directly into here for a forrest build(for
publishing, but not committing, thus the ignore).

Web documentation will normally reflect the latest version of the documentation.
Versioning still needs to be established, somehow; but for now, this is quite
apt handle the initial development phase.
