Here's the beginnings of an advocacy TODO.

When it's shaped up some, I'll post it on the web. In the meantime, don't
hesitate to volunteer for anything:

	Deadline July 20th:
		Draft PR announcement for 7.4
Prepare target press list for 7.4 announcement.
Prepare canned response to "What about Windows & PITR?"

	Postgres Writers Board
		Select "Postgres Editor-in-Cheif"
Start soliciting magazines for article placement.
Post list of available writers (in several languages!) on the Web
	Postgres Speakers Bureau
		Select "Toastmaster"
Assemble list of speakers, specialties, langauges, and regions.
		Contact tech conventions.
		Solicit companies for travel funds.
	Certification and Training
Solicit Postgres-using companies to find certification programs in
Try to coordinate CORE approval of one or more programs?
	OSS Relations
Solicit other OSS Projects for PostgreSQL compatibility,
			documentation, links (e.g. PHP).
Check major OS distros for Postgresql inclusion, currency.
	PostgreSQL CD
Prepare CD with PostgreSQL, major OSS GUIs, Docs, Techdocs stuff.
		Include "instant LAMP" setup?

		Move Techdocs to Bricolage
Set up translator crew for Techdocs to copy the articles to more languages.
		Create for job listings.
Work on re-organizing www in order to make it easier for
newbies to find things, such as General Bits and GUI list.

Set up and maintain list of "interviewees" available on short notice.
Recruit volunteers in several langauges/regions for handling Press e-mails,
		and responses to articles.
		(use OOo's "Regional Representative" system?)
Create "Press FAQ," and choose maintainer.
